ALMENDRAS SIERRA DEL SEGURA<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>En Elche de la Sierra a 31 de diciembre de 2014.<\/p>\n<p>Se convoca a todos los socios a la Asamblea General Extraordinaria, que se celebrar\u00e1 el pr\u00f3ximo d\u00eda 14 de febrero de 2015, a las 09:30 horas de la ma\u00f1ana en primera convocatoria y a las 10:00 horas en segunda, en el sal\u00f3n de actos de la Casa de la Cultura de Elche de la Sierra, con el siguiente<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p><strong>ORDEN DEL DIA<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><strong>1\u00ba.<\/strong> Bienvenida del presidente.<\/li>\n<li><strong>2\u00ba. <\/strong>Propuesta de modificaci\u00f3n de los Estatutos Sociales de la Cooperativa a\u00a0fin de adaptarlos a las exigencias del R.D. 970\/2014, en los t\u00e9rminos expuestos en el Informe Justificativo elaborado por el Consejo Rector.<\/li>\n<li><strong>3\u00ba. <\/strong>Presentaci\u00f3n del texto refundido de los Estatutos de la Cooperativa en donde se recoge todas las modificaciones aprobadas en Asambleas anteriores.<\/li>\n<li><strong>4\u00ba. <\/strong>Ruegos y preguntas.<\/li>\n<li><strong>5\u00ba.<\/strong> Otorgar Facultades al Presidente de la Cooperativa, para poder elevar a p\u00fablico e inscribir en los Registros correspondientes los acuerdos alcanzados en esta Asamblea, pudiendo incluso subsanar cualquier modificaci\u00f3n.<\/li>\n<li><strong>6\u00ba.<\/strong> Designaci\u00f3n de 2 socios para firmar el acta de la asamblea.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Se pone en conocimiento de los socios, que toda la documentaci\u00f3n que se someter\u00e1 a votaci\u00f3n en la Asamblea General, se encuentra disponible en la sede social de la cooperativa, para que todos los socios puedan consultarlo en horario de 9:00 a 14:00 horas hasta la celebraci\u00f3n de la junta, pudi\u00e9ndose solicitar copia gratuita de toda ella y env\u00edo de la misma por correo electr\u00f3nico u ordinario. Se ruega encarecidamente su asistencia.<\/p>\n<p>Se recuerda a los socios, que la Asamblea General a la que son convocados se celebrar\u00e1 con el sistema de voto ponderado.
